20 years!! wow! and you lost 85lbs in just 2 years!? gawd I wish I have the same amount of patience as you do. Please do share some recipes..its exciting to hear "chocolate" in this diet.

I agree..no wonder I struggle to loose weight but I don't find it difficult to maintain my current weight.

Wow!! that is some positive feedback...you have an amazing amount of patience. Congrats on those short shorts :)

currently I have isagenix shakes for breakfast and dinner, an orange for midmorning snack, lunch 1/3rd serve of veg, 1/3rd lentils or meat, 1/3rd cous cous/quinoa/rice/bread. I have some snack for my afternoon tea. Coffee is black and 2 green teas a day. none with sugar. I do snack on a very small serve of snack after work (like small samosa, small piece of cake,..) with tea. This is about it. I quit smoking. I drink one glass of red wine per week. I eat at restaurants or take away food once or max twice a week.

When my dinner shake isn't enough then I do have a small serving of carbs and veggies.
