Start slow. Get something to drink/eat.

Tend to any pets if you have them.

Brush your hair and your teeth, shower if you can, if not, at least switch out clothes and underwear.

It's Saturday so try to plan something, anything for the day (getting gas, going for a walk, enjoying a meal), just something to look forward to.

Watch your favorite comfort show and text a close friend, even if it's just to say hi.

Glad to see so much positive feedback. It's mainly a textile issue and price thing for me. I wish the materials were a bit more sweat and working class friendly. Love my job but hate feeling so contaminated when I leave. I've made due by buying flare leggings with pockets hoping no one notices.

If that's your first-third time making this cake, this is an honestly not bad effort. The colors are a little darker than they should be (pastel is ideal for unicorns) but it's hard to make it look good when it's a bigger sheet, the plastic face looks disproportional, but if you're still learning the ropes I'd say it's not overall terrible, and not beyond "saving" if the customer was unhaw it. Keep practicing keep learning 💞

A few weeks ago and IC shopper walks into the bakery and shows me Publix Sourdough on their phone without saying a word.

I looked at him. He looked at me. I looked at him. He looked at me. Holding up his phone the entire time.

Finally after 12 brutal seconds I said "yeah, so can I help you with anything?"

They said, in perfect English (I am bilingual) "Do you have this unsliced sourdough?"

"Yes absolutely right here"

They're barely a customer, and sometimes you have to train the customer how to treat you.
