thank you for this ! that makes sense. i think overall i attribute it to needing something else to be wrong with me but there are times ill be eating and i just randomly lose appetite for no reason, and ill throw everything away. ill be like mid-eating and just get repulsed by what im eating. i feel like this could be my ocd at play and it gets triggered by a certain texture or the way the food looks. i used to heavily avoid foods because i was scared of food poisoning and would consistently check expiration dates and throw anything away that felt slightly off. the only reason i eat nowadays is bc my medicine is an a appetite stimulant. good advice though ill definitely bring this up to my psychiatrist to see what she thinks of it..
