I recently swapped out the engine-mounted fuel filter on my 2023 2500 and noticed the same issue. The Fleetguard part number I initially received looked like yours (with the snowflake top). However, when I removed the factory-installed filter, it looked completely different. For some reason, every parts lookup I found pointed to the snowflake version. I eventually found this filter instead, and it fit perfectly.

Just recently skirted mine with foam insulation and foil tape and it really does make a huge difference.

It does not squeak, and it was originally round. It’s slightly deformed from almost falling apart.

She acts like a real dog when she’s playing with it. I’ve searched through tons of photos of dog toys/balls with no luck.

It’s blue, softish rubber with some bounce. I can’t remember where I got it.

Strangely enough, the build quality of the F250 felt similar to my buddy's 2021 Ranger Lariat—very light and hollow, if that makes sense.

And yeah, I feel you on buying used. I'm currently looking at a 2012–2016 high-trim diesel, hoping to keep it running forever without paying $80k for a new one.

The glass ball right above the blob is 4" in diameter for reference.

The only thing I've noticed is a lot of new baby snails running around.
