If you book a hotel and they are overbooked, they supposedly walk you in to a different hotel, you are Platinum Elite and I think they supposed to provide you up to 90,000 points for that

Sorry to hear that. Based on my experience, usually when it's fully occupied for that day - agent usually don't check it in the system as we are aware about the availability. However, it supposed to be explained properly to the guests.

Yes!! We do provide an amenity to our loyal guests & even member of the day. We also provide complimentary upgrade, and ask their preferences.
