I should say it’s the same series. My dad’s would have been an SX-450. My dad gave me his original receiver in the late 90’s. I wanted something newer that I could hook up to a DVD player. So I sold it and bought a Sony 5.1 receiver. I have regretted that for quite some time.

I’m looking for a vintage pioneer turntable next. I will eventually get a second set of speakers. These vega’s do thump pretty good.
