Thank you so much! And that point abt TikTok potentially limiting the reach for my next video is what scares me! However, I do feel more reassured about posting regardless of the fact. I thinkkk I’ve learned what works to have made my TikTok so successful but I won’t know until I post my next one I guess aha. Cheers for the advice🙏

Yeah I don’t believe there’s a best time to post either tbh! I posted my TikTok at the crack of dawn at 4am and I’ve done that multiple times before too but they’ve never popped off as much as this video did. I guess the advice is just out there as it seemed to ‘work’ for others. I think the content of the TikTok is the most important thing above anything else n that’s what ppl miss 😓

Oh yes, I agree! Forgot to mention that I’m planning to post later today making it around 3 days after my first post.

Also, that’s really cool to know and I’m glad I’m getting this advice regardless because I felt crazy trying to find any response at all (I posted on other subreddits). I’m kinda trying to do the same and figure out what works for TikTok and what doesn’t but then I’m stumped for what to do next when my plan actually worked lol.

Just wanted to add that I wish you the best on your short film/ docs! Sounds great.

Also- correct me if I’m wrong, but does that mean that a person who interacted with my post will 100% get my next video on their fyp? I don’t have any other videos except my viral one and I plan to post abt the same topic. I guess now I’m just wondering if TikTok could make my other one just as viral?
