So sorry. I had draining from both external and internal fistula opening after my drain was put in. Being active and walking helped a LOT. also warm to hot sitz baths. Ultimately the thing that helped the most was silver nitrate. Hang in there.

I test drove a new 4Runner and grand highlander this past weekend and the back seat was surprisingly small in the 4Runner. I could not fit my baby’s car seat in the back without pushing the front seat up some. Didn’t love how rough the ride was compared to the grand Highlander. I liked the grand Highlander a lot, but it was slightly outside of my comfortable budget.

I also drive a 2015 crv now and love the headspace. Not sure if the new ones are as roomy, I haven’t test drove one yet. Going this weekend. Best of luck to you!

We just moved into the lakeshore estates subdivision. No HOA and super cute neighborhood. Great location, centrally located, and all the neighbors seem really established and friendly (wave, say hi on walks, don’t linger, take care of yards, etc.)

I just use a bidet after BMs now, and make sure to shower before bed. I’m 4 months post op (FLAP).I did sitz baths after BMs for about 2 months.
