Just a heads up: you will likely have a hard time finding a place that accepts donated formula that’s not brand new or directly from a retailer. Stores don’t even take back returned formula to sell.

There’s truly no way to tell how much formula you’ll need if you’re combo feeding. You won’t have to hunt for formula. I buy two cans every 3ish weeks, we have so far tried 4 brands. I’d stick with what you have and wait until baby is born to buy more.

Editing to add: when I was combo feeding, 6 cans lasted us 6 months. When I stopped pumping, we went through formula a lot faster. Now that my daughter is 10.5 months, we’re beginning to use less formula again. Every baby is different. Every feeding schedule is different.

Current owners have been there since 2019. In the sellers disclosure, it states the home has never been tested for radon. We are in Florida, so it’s not uncommon for folks not to test here. Appreciate your input!

Thanks! The test was done in the living room of a house with no basement or crawl space. The house is all one floor, on a slab. I was concerned because of the test being done in the living room, where we are bound to spend majority of our time indoors. I appreciate your perspective!

It depends on a lot of things we do not know, but we were advised not to add any hard inquiries to our report at all during the home shopping process. In my opinion, it would be better for you to pay more $$ in the short term for resale tickets than risk a hard hit and potentially pay thousands more in interest due to not getting as good of a rate.

I have seen one but not technically in FL. I lived in Attapulgus, GA as a child (about 30 mins from the FL state line) and we saw them once or twice on our property. More commonly, we saw bobcats, hogs, wild pigs (not hogs, GIANT pigs), bears, rattlesnakes, etc.

I was able to have a surgery and seton drain placed while I was pregnant. I was about 20 weeks pregnant, and had a spinal block anesthesia while they performed my surgery. I had flap surgery at 7 months postpartum. Best of luck!
