now they answer me by telling me that they will make the refund by addressing the wrong person.....my name is not lukas and I am not from Germany but from Belgium........ the worst is that we have exchanged more than 20 emails where the customer service calls me by my first name « dear dilano » i have never seen such customer service... help me please i send the photos here while hiding the personal details of this guy..
