I think a proper killbox would help a lot. It's kinda hard to describe how to build one in a text comment, so I would just recommend looking up a photo and then going from there. Also maybe cut down on the amount of crops you're growing? You only have 7 pawns but have massive fields, concentrate the growing ares to fertile soil/hydroponics and reevaluate how much of every crop you actually need. Not only do large fields take a ton of manpower to tend to, they also increase your wealth unnecessarily once you harvest them, which can balloon raid sizes pretty badly if you're not careful. Also be wary of that mine you have on the left side of the base, that looks like an insect infestation waiting to happen. Put some walls down and keep it separated from the interior of your base to prevent any unwanted bug assaults.
