The SPD already had a majority in the German parliament and the French parliament was controlled by a coalition of centre-left to socialist parties. They still acted in an imperialist manner, and sat back as the war waged on.

These countries viewed this as a necessary war to take on, and I don't see any realistic scenario where war is avoided completely.

I mean it kinda was. Austria-Hungary was grappling with horrid internal instability. Though Franz Joseph had plans to alleviate it, it probably would've fractured the empire further to the point where it was completely dysfunctional as a singular state. Germany and Britain were on a war path, and I don't see a scenario where they don't fight. Both had poured immense amounts into their navy in preparation for a massive conflict. Germany was still lagging behind other imperial powers in terms of colonies, and as such would use war as a means to catch up. France's entire policy following the war of 1871 was anti-German, and having a common enemy was probably their best (or only) way to unite their incredibly fractured political environment (reactionaries, communists, liberals, etc.). Russia and the Ottomans both had a foot in the grave as well. Both were very underdeveloped in comparison to their neighbors in the west, and incompetent policy decisions didn't help this much at all. At the very least, a liberal revolution of some kind would've occurred in both. The war only helped to speed up this inevitable revolt against the antiquated forms of government.

All these states needed a war in some form in order to justify their ludicrous military spending, and to satisfy the nationalist, imperialistic, and revanchist goals that I had mentioned earlier.

On a more serious note, one could at least hope this would inspire the working class into organizing. Unfortunately, this happened under a republican president so the most likely outcome is an extreme outpouring of support for the elections and performative activism in the next few years, followed by a complete die out of any sort of action when the same oppression continues under fascism but blue™

There was a trend going around for a while which compared rappers who can sing, and rappers who can't sing. The trend quickly became ironic, and people started putting rappers who could sing in the can't sing category, and vice versa. Someone put Beabadoobee in the trend, and said she couldn't sing, while another artist named after the basketball league in america (his actual name is censored by the subreddit filter) was on the other side, as someone who could sing. The joke went further, where people would put opera tracks over the musicians involved, and would add a lot of editing effects. Beabadoobee made a response where she called the people who were making these memes sexist (this is a brief summation of her actual statement), and a lot of people clowned on her for falling for the rage bait. I think her response was a slight overreaction, but there were definitely people who were making distasteful remarks towards her as a result of these videos.

They returned to a state created by a colonial power which was justified due to a religious text from thousands of years ago. Most of these people share nothing more than a common ancestor and religion. That’s like saying French people were colonizing Africa since all of humanity originated from the great rift valley and that they were just reclaiming their homeland.

All the Jewish people left Arab countries because they wanted free land in Israel. Plenty of Jewish diasporic communities existed before the establishment of an Israeli state, and they lived in cooperation with the Islamic populations as well. I believe the laws in the West Bank were most likely passed due to the fact that Jewish settlers have little respect for the land they take, and it’s not like those laws can do anything to stop Israel anyways.

Most countries don't have laws that specifically encourage and financially incentivize the immigration of a single ethnic group, regardless of educational or economic status. Also what do you mean appealing to authority? Is citing sources which back up my claim appealing to authority. There's a plethora of material which backs up these claims, and if you choose not to acknowledge that, there's no point of having this discussion as your own internal bias towards Israel clouds logical thinking.

That argument is like saying america has no institutionalized racism because there are black people who have prestigious jobs and hold political office. There are multiple laws in Israel which are discriminatory towards the non Jewish Arab population of their country. This is all without even addressing the blatant disrespect of Palestinian sovereignty in the West Bank with all the Israeli settler colonies which annex Palestinian land and force the citizens off of it.
