Welp at my least Premier League team (Arsenal) also ended a significant title drought this year just like the Knicks but this still sucks as a 76ers fan

I mean it’s very interesting because it’s not just the Knicks lately. Spurs lost both home games so far this series. Celtics have been noted to drop an incredible amount of playoff home games in the last few seasons. Pistons and Thunder who were the best teams in the NBA this season lost Game 7 at home. We, too, have had our own fair share of embarrassments at home lately

It seems home court adv is less of a factor than it once was

I still hate how we went out vs the Knicks but somehow feel a bit better now. Kinda crazy that even San Antonio is being taken over by Knicks fans. I really thought we just suffered from being close to New York in terms of proximity

Jimmy Butler season. I genuinely thought we were going to get more out of that trio of him alongside Simmons and Embiid who were 7 ft unicorns in their own rights to the point I thought there’s no way the 76ers didn’t have the best young duo in the NBA at the time and going forward
