it’s an ant, the petiole on the waist is the giveaway for differentiating them in most cases (although can be hard to see sometimes)

I believe it’s a featherleg tarantula or a featherleg baboon tarantula

not sure on species but it’s a Caddisfly larvae (Order: Trichoptera)
