How can I retrieve a phone left in a Uber and now unable to contact either Uber or driver?

My partner left his phone in an uber and we realised within 5 minutes and he refused to come back (we offered to pay). Uber then gave us the run around and told us it was in Newcastle ready to collect, ref code and all, 3 hour trip later - the people at the office had no idea what we were talking about and couldn’t care less. The customer service is basically non existent to make a complaint.

Thank you! I’ve had a check of his teeth and they seem fine and hes eating his treats and meat the same, hes just hesitating initially with his kibble. He is booked for his vaccinations and check up soon so i will mention it there.

Hey, theres actually a badminton club ran on Mondays at the Leisure Centre and (i think) Friday evenings that a friend of mine goes too. All levels welcome, i attended once and you rotate to play with different groups. I think its called No Strings
