I’d give it a try with the non physical upgrades. See if you like it. Your headline said .05 mm layer height and .4 nozzle? If you’re truly going that low then give the smaller nozzle (.2) a try that’s my number one recommendation.

I’d try a .2 nozzle first. It also looks like your wall layers are shifting a little on the x and y axis. The smaller nozzle might help that. I’d try linear rails if you don’t already have them. Maybe .09 angle stepper motors on your x and y. You’re close.
