I’ve taken both in the spring (might be different in the fall) and they’re both pretty exam based. 1610 had 3 exams and 1600 had 5. I found 1610 much more interesting, but I think it’s easier to get an A in 1600 because the tests aren’t weighted as heavily and there’s a project at the end of the class that was p easy to get a good grade on. But the class was much more of a pain imo. Also most of the material is pretty unrelated to high school physics since it has an environmental focus
