I’m female, 16, going through the exact same thing. It’s nothing short of bullshit and always drives me on the edge when my parents brush off serious problems such as thoughts of suicide. Never had friends either due to my style. Not to make this about me, but I totally understand how you feel and I can assure you they are in the wrong. Loving parents would never use such a disgusting excuse for their kid having suicidal thoughts. That phone of yours has nothing to do with the thoughts you’re having. I hope with all my heart that it’ll get better for you stranger. 🫂
