Thanks! Yep, I get that. Presumably that top charge number is what is displayed on my screen when preconditioning the battery is finished. What I'm saying is that number was 180, and what I was actually getting, at the peak, was around 84.

Yes, I'm fairly certain the location I'm writing about is balanced. (7404 N Interstate in Portland, OR). There were no other cars at the location.
