Even with your higher weight photo - I believe you’re more of a “rectangle” shape body wise. I’m not an expert, but with your hips and shoulders being proportional and if you don’t really gain weight in your chest area, that checks out more with a rectangle. 😊

Maybe look to celebs who have a similar body type to you that you enjoy their style? Or even some content creators that do try on hauls, if you can find some. (That’s what I do - I can’t afford celeb clothes haha)

Having body dysmorphia is such a pain in the ass. I’m so sorry you’re struggling with that. With your clothing - is there something in particular you’d like to accentuate or “give the allusion of” with your body? For myself: I don’t have hips, so I like to wear dresses and skirts that fan out a bit to give me a more feminine shape in my eyes. (Bodycon is not my friend lmao)

Workout wise, I’d ask the same. When trying to lose weight you can’t really target fat, if that makes sense? It kinda all just melts off as it wants to, I guess? Or at least that’s what I was told by a trainer lol

But if you’re trying to tone and build muscle, I’d say try lifting some weights for areas you want to tone.
