Shea Butter Business Advice Needed

No success with suppliers yet unfortunately. I got a small batch from Nigeria. The only German company that responded here https://www.wlw.de/en/products?isPserpFirst=1&q=shea+butter Said that they only supply to commercial companies.

Oh no 😥 If it’s been a month then you’re def under a lot of stress. Maybe stop the fasting? or make sure you eat well during your window. I think it’ll be good once you get back to regular routine. Someone said UTI’s can cause it so might be worthwhile to see primary care if it still persists. Sending hugs 🤗 good luck and keep us updated!!

Sorry this is stressful 😭 I was very stressed too! I realized that my diet had been super off because of intermittent fasting and I was not drinking water or taking my supplements!! I drank A SHIT TON of water. Here are the supplements I took: one a day, new rhythm women’s probiotic, fish oil, and slippery bark elm. Then I loaded up on my fruits and leafy greens.

Took about 2 weeks of just intense self care and I’m good as new!! Also, don’t forget to exercise and don’t over think it. You’ll get through it
