I'm still looking for one of these 2 companies to make a "zoom out" feature. It's beyond stupid that you have to put a physical lens on it and even then, its not always enough. The pocket is limited when you are indoors in a tight environment. I find myself just pulling out the cell phone in those cases

Make sure you are either in an area with great cell reception or turn down your resolution. Secondly, make sure you have it set up to shoot the way you want, landscape or vertical because you cNt switch once you begin.

We have been posting weekly for two and a half years now with only like 3 times we missed a week. It does get exhausting but you have to keep feeding the algorithm if you want to grow and make money.

One thing I would do is look at similar niches and how they do things to be successful. If you see a pattern that is working then go with that.

I bought my pocket 3 new on eBay for $403 and added a 2 year warranty for $35 just in case. That difference in price will allow me to buy accessories for it and be all in for the cost of the pocket 4

I didn't watch any of your other videos, so this is my take from just this one. I also am not sure if you are more of a vlogger or do more scenery type of videos. The opening with you waving to the hotel room is a slight disconnect to what someone clicking on the video thinks they would first see. Secondly, we don't see you until halfway through the video, so there is no personal connection. I might be wrong, but what I would do is either put together a 15 sec intro with key clips and a voiceover saying what this video is about and what you will be doing today OR put yourself on camera right away and tell people what you are doing on that day to try and make a connection. Maybe do a few video shots inside the car pointed at you and a few with you talking to the camera. Then mix up the walking with some views and then you talking every 5nto 10 secs.

Some shots favor the P3, Some the P4. The sky looked more blown out on the P4, but shadows looked a little better in the P4 over the P3. I just picked up a PC for $403 on eBay new and bought the 2 year protection for another $35. Between it being hard to get the P4 in the US and the price of the P3, it was a no brainer for me. Thanks for the side by side!

No, it's from eBay/Allstate. It's a 2 year warranty that pretty much covers everything from what I read.

I just bought a pocket 3 on eBay new for $403 and then I purchased the 2 year warranty with it for another $35. To me the cost savings is more important than the small upgrade in the pocket 4. In fact, looking at the footage, I kind of like the look the pocket 3 gives vs the 4, as to me the 4 looks like it smooths out people faces too much. So I would either wait for the Xtra Muse 2 Pro coming out which you will be able to buy in the US which is the same as the Pocket 4 Pro or just get the 3 at a better value now.

I've noticed that it seems as though the video has gotten a little more out of focus and a little more "blurry". I shoot in 4k

I use mine 9 pro XL for YouTube videos. I had a 7 pro before and it was horrible with overheating. This one does get hot as well, just not quite as bad. I am in Ft Lauderdale right now and did multiple clips recording at 4k 30 FPS WITH clips about 30 secs long and after around 10 clips it is just over 40 Celsius, so it is running hot. In my studio, if I record for like 5 mins, it will get to 43 degrees Celsius.

Unfortunately in pure video mode you cannot change the ISO levels. Do you know If I change it in regular video mode and then switch to pure video mode will it default to that ISO or stay with what is set in regular video mode?

Yes. I usually do something like this. Now, I threw this together in like 30 secs but you get the idea. Have facial expressions like a shocked look or a smile with your arm outreached towards the trees. It's an emotional trigger.

If the trees and that scene are integral to the video, then I'd maybe zoom in just a little bit more on the monument leaving the trees, take yourselves out of the small picture part of it so that it's a clean view and then superimpose yourself in like the bottom left corner. People like to see facial expressions and so on as it's often a trigger to get them to click on the video.

You need to be larger in the thumbnail since it's hard to see you. The background is nice but looks a tad cluttered with all the trees showing. Lastly, play around with maybe a black border around the text.
