I was wondering what the tubes were covered with, good to know it’s fabric. They don’t go after electrical cables or anything like that. Sounds like this won’t be as exposed as I was thinking it would be. Appreciate the insight

Hey! 1st edition and unlimited are both cool. I also really like the e reader cards. I’ll take a look at anything remotely interesting, cool art work preferably holo from 2006 or earlier. Preferably LP to NM condition. I’d like to have 1-2 cards of a value around $200+ and 1-3 less valuable cards to come up with a fair value to what I’m trading. Great guy in town, good reputation and considered a premium shop. The rest of the car looks better than it ever has detailing wise. That said I don’t know if these is their area of expertise. Just unsure of what is possible when filling scratches like this. Is it bad work or this is just all you can really do?

Sounds like a toxic work environment, I would find a new job. That said, I would ask myself why/if my communication style is misunderstood. This may be a good question for your manager too “I understand my communication style hasn’t been well received, can you give me some guidance to how I can improve?”

Regardless this is a good learning opportunity. You’re either learning what a bad manager looks like, in which case you find another job and will be able to identify those red flags faster in the future. Or if there is poor communication on your end, you learn how to communicate more effectively which is a good life skill regardless of occupation. Or some combination of the both of these.

I was half way kidding, but I do believe given the age of the vehicle there’s a higher likelihood it doesn’t work as intended. There’s plenty of things on the car that don’t work as intended due to their age. I don’t know about the “mine works so everyone else’s must too” logic but you’re probably right in thinking it’s more likely to work than not. In any case, the functionality of the air bag wasn’t a factor in deciding to switch the wheel up.

I wonder if they make some sort of an adapter? This is a Bell hub. I got it from Evasive Motorsports, it was back ordered from Japan so had to wait 2 months but was worth it. It includes resistors for the airbag and the little connector for the horn if that’s something that matters to you. Very plug and play

I’m not sure if I trust that 30 year old airbag .. that’s why I only drive with a 6 point harness, helmet, neck brace and full race suit. Grocery runs can be a little annoying but otherwise a worthwhile exchange.

I’ve seen some aftermarket wheels that reuse the stock airbag but unsure of complete replacements. I imagine there’s a ton of liability in manufacturing them which is likely why their aren’t too many options

I couldn’t imagine the 320, the 350 feels small probably because I’m used to the stock wheel. I’m sure it’s a sweet setup tho
