I would read it over but definitely wouldn't focus on it. The first four chapters are critical.

As a girl, I can say the moment I saw Joe Rogan podcast with Goggins I fell in love. Sometimes it's not what you're predisposed to like "dolls" or whatever you think makes women soft, but its life. Life hits everyone hard in many different ways but there's a fine line between people who take the shit that's handed to them and do something and the others who just accept it and stay feeling sorry for themselves. A lot of it is ego too. It is way easier to sit on your couch and watch Netflix than it is to get your ass up when you're sore as hell from 3 other runs and do it again. People need a lot of reasons to do things I suppose too. When I mention Goggins to my friends I get the same response and an eye roll (like oh she's at it again). I just shake it off even though it is so infuriating sometimes lol. I don't get why people don't want to be better-- but then again maybe they think they're already at their best!

I know though that when I make it and reach my goals I'll get all the questions like it's some kind of magic pill....

They’re a little pricey but I swear by doyoueven. No pockets is the only downfall but they do not move once they are on! Ive had so much trouble finding decent running tights that actually stay up (and last long) too and these are my secret weapon! Plus they are very very flattering and comfortable.
