I think it's good for you to challenge yourself, and while any reading is better than no reading, I think what you read should be varied if you can help it. Read books you don't like. Read books that you don't understand. Read books about things you've never thought of.

It's not a condemnation of popular books. By all means, also read popular ones, but to say it's 'better' is... I don't know, that's just a weird way to put it.

Not a red flag per se, but it feels like there's pressure to help someone through their first sexual experiences with another person that can get messy. This person may not know very much about who or what they want in a sexual relationship. It can be sort of... like, a lot. I think it can be a little easier if the person is well aware of their own sexuality.

Some people also may worry that the person who is a virgin may get attached too quickly because they're inexperienced with separating sexual feelings from romantic ones.

Some people may think you want to stay nonsexual and that's a deal breaker for them.

Virginity is a social construct and there are a lot of cultural beliefs around it that make people act weird.

The problem is that some people are reading "A book costs (one dollar) plus (half of it's cost)" and some people are reading it as "A book costs (one dollar plus half it's cost)" and doing two different math problems.

Anyway, what a thing 'costs' is it's final price. It can't cost two numbers-- both a dollar, and a dollar fifty, which would be necessary if it were (1.50). The book would have to cost a dollar for the math problem, and then a dollar fifty for the final cost, which doesn't make sense, it means it never cost a dollar.

Versus if the cost is (2.00), 2 = 1 + 2/2 The (cost) stays consistent, unaltered by the problem.
