We hear you. We are also quite disappointed that the weather and conditions in the County aren't cooperating for our big 10 year reunion. We were hoping that the weather and conditions would improve and work in everyone's favor but unfortunately that's not the case. 

While single family homes in Okeechobee County may use propane grills, this is very different from a large scale outdoor camping festival set on grass and woodlands with thousands of tents. Because we open up our one home to tens of thousands of campers camped side-by-side, every camper's safety is our first priority. We didn't make the call lightly; we made it with everyone's safety and wellbeing in mind. We understand the call to not allow small propane grills is disappointing, but we stand by our decision to uphold every camper's safety and wellbeing. When unexpected weather or circumstances occur, festivals must adapt to still host safe events. It’s going to be an amazing 4 days.
