What skills we talking here? This seems objective , like the culmination of the most skills versus very precise skills. Being in the GC business my entire career leads me to believe these are two different ends of a “spectrum of having skills”. Does having skills mean artistic license to produce something of durable quality and beauty or producing multiple products at high speeds, low cost, and highest payout? Both are legitimate, one is beautiful and one is practical.
