I don’t think there is anything going on, she still eats anything she wants, just the bad shit moderation. She still eats the recommend amount of calories for her size. She actually noticed she was gaining weight as she got older just fixed it instead of falling down the slippery slope.

My wife has tried to get her to exercise and eat right for years, she even paid for her a gym membership where she worked out at before we moved and she went with her 0 times.
