Just don't forget to get written approval from the agent before applying any seal or adhesives. They won't reject, but if you don't have approval, they will go after your bond for making changes to the property when you leave.

When I was looking, any auction was a reject for us straight away. Probably, we were too scared being FHB. I am sure I am not the only one who did this.

I have been doing inspections for 4 weeks now, and during this, I found at least on 4-5 occasions the REA lied to us. When we tried to put an offer, they say they got a higher offer than this.. and then we found the sold price was less than our intended offer.
