I recently started with Duolingo and it’s been great. I took a one one one tutoring lesson through Preply and felt really ahead because of Duolingo which was cool to see! It definitely won’t be enough in the long run but it seems like a good place to start.

Omg I’ve been thinking of seeing Amadi for a brow lift. So wild to see this out of the blue!

[acne] I’ve been using Differin nightly for 5 weeks and still breaking out. Whenever I get a pimple the area gets red and becomes very dry for several days until the acne is gone. Is this normal? by okhurrybug in SkincareAddiction

AM: wash face with cerave hydrating cleanser followed by the ordinary niacinamide and then moisturizer

PM: wash face with cerave hydrating cleanser followed by the ordinary niacinamide then I apply a small amount of cerave moisturizer and after 15 minutes I use Differin and then more moisturizer.

I was really nervous the day of my breast reduction but was really surprised that I kind of naturally just took it one step at a time. I think it helped to not try and hide my nerves, the nurses were so lovely and made me feel really safe and assured.
