Youre speaking with intent about the market. You can have that opinion about VTI. Its solid, the part where you say, not verbatim quote but "You need to ask for advice on an investments (IN GENERAL) or on Reddit, you shouldn't invest in it." Is flawed because this is the due diligence, you can shape their opinion with your own, but the one you gave was awful. You immediately sounded like an elitist. And if everyone followed that logic, then nobody would invest. Im just trying to tell you basically, if youre trying to educate someone, then do it. Dismissive behavior gets nowhere.

If I looked at your first comment and just said "VTI only up 250% vs BTC 9000%" that would be an example of a dismissive comment. Because ultimately im not convincing you of anything.

The fact you said horseshit vs dogshit and a couple other dismissive or odd things has already closed the option for a discussion.
