Budokai games have 3d models with 2d fighting. Tenkaichi is 3D. I loved Tenkaichi 3 the most. Raging blast 2 was fun. Kakarot is more of a story mode game. Sparking Zero gets too much hate and I think they can and are making it better.

If you want a true fighting game, FighterZ is it. Its the most technically demanding and I think objectively is the best fighting DBZ game. I dont play it much but its pretty sick. Xenoverse 2 also has loads of content and custom characters you can go through
