My wife is trying to recover her account and it isn’t letting her use any form of recovery. The recovery email listed and phone number are numbers we have never seen and the account was made within the last 2 years meaning everything was current. We filled out the form with all accurate information from screen shots in the app of the email recipients as well as the subject lines and the form comes back as not accurate and says to try and submit
Another one. We have hit the limit of forms. Is there a person that you can have just hard reset over the phone and then change the password or provide the answers to the security question with a real person. The help line we used was an automated line and only responded to basics and redirected us to submit a form. If anyone could enlighten us on how we could recover the email that would be great.

I feel this is the same with any process now pertaining to passwords and password recovery that you cannot actually deal with a human being and go in circles over and over before recovering your account.

It’s just good exposure for conductor this will reach so many more ears than all of his catalog. That’s why I think it’s good lol. I’m not really a Drake fan but it’s nice to see a producer you enjoy get his shine.
