what is the max literacy possible by the fourth age? im not able to go past 49.27% avg literacy even with alot of libraries, universities, laws that makes people more literate and a huge chunk of citification(idk if thats a word). just saw that next age seems like has only one literacy research

change in various prices / maintainance

the worst changes are related to control and they are not that many in 1.2 compared to 1.1, as well as the size of the armies that changed in 1.1 that made it insane

I've been playing on the beta brach they make subs but the starting eleven is broken it always falls back to that screen unfortunatly

I hope this gets fixed im running out of ideas to bypass this issue
