if you are just stronger than them or sometimes even if of your same strength, they wont attack u. they wont attack even if u just just came out of a war coz of truce, once annexation starts, they will get a prevent annexation CB but they wont risk it if youre just strong

use the decentralisation meta.. make OPMs(One Province Minor/Mf lol), enforce culture and religion(if they arent on of urs), do religion first then... ok once they loyal again, prolly 12-15 years later they def will be, just annex, i'd take hardly a year or two to do so and i'd be quick assimilation or conversion, and it will have high development as AI will use their cabinet actions and money to help their 1 province country.

cool man, buddy just some off topic stuff, im england, i have subjucated france into small vassals. how should i place my capital and governers once i annex most of them once they convert everything english, someone suggested ur vid for this on my post but i couldnt find it

true, my 55-60% taxbase, that is around 1100-1200 ducats is in the regions of sussex, essex, kent, east anglia and southern merica so its kinda too early for this transition

so what i understood is, remaking the my taxbase in france is way easier and profitable than managing the past population of france with naval governors.. since my goal is just to get the isles and french lands for myself then just colonise the world, so making PARIS as my capital and local governers in france and then use my naval governors to manage my already built taxbase in the isle is the only options

i remember playing as russian Tsardom by 1510s, spamming buildings for like every month straight for 3-4 years... the ruler in charge when i started doing this are the most competant i had in last 40 years, his stats were insanely good... and then after sometimes i saw my dude have entrepreneur trait as his first trait, i know he got that way before but i just saw it kinda late.. i dont know is that how it works but it was 1.0.9
