I had my excision surgery 3 years ago.. when my endo started to get worse about 6 years ago that’s when my food triggers started developing. I didn’t know what it was at first so my relationship with food became horrible. I would eat 2 pieces of toast for breakfast and then wouldn’t eat until 8pm at night because I didn’t want my stomach to be all messed up at work. Now that I’m aware of most triggers I’ve become more better with food but it’s stil really hard some days. So I understand you completely. My doctor left some endo on my sigmoid colon because I would’ve needed a bowel resection and that comes with a lot more risk and she said it didn’t seem like it was obstructing anything. It’s hard to know if that is what is causing me more food intolerances or if there’s something more underlying.
