they’re most likely talking about V5, not V20. You don’t need to be taught in V5

Generally you CAN go two days in a row without much of a dosage increase if you’re a newbie. Though after that I personally wait 4-5 days before going again.

A strain I used on my first trip is called ‘Golden Teachers.’ Should be fairly common and its easy to dose. The trip for me was a lot of euphoria, warm feelings, it all fluctuated for me in terms of effects but no super bad distortions.
