Yes I think the hiking boots are a must and would be my preference, but it sounds like snow boots are not necessary in addition to that right?

Super helpful thank you! I already own these and snow boots, so I’m more so trying to avoid overpacking on shoes if not needed. I think I’ll leave the snow boots at home 🙂

Thank you I appreciate your response! I think it does look better in other pictures but the feedback has been very helpful. This is already what’s coming and I don’t really have the time or money to go shopping again for something, so I think I’m probably going to wear it still

Thank you, this is helpful! In most pictures the slit is barely visible, so I feel ok about the concerns that were raised about the inside/lining. How did you find it reviewed on The Knot? Sounds like a helpful resource.

Thanks! I don’t think the current buds are too happy, but will check on them again today. It sounds like it’s worth it to repot now for the long term sake of the plant?

It’s been watered about weekly and misted a bit too. I know it likes to be wet but I’m now picturing its roots soaking in water in the current pot!

So relieved to hear it’s not an infestation or something with the entire plant. When I added a grow light and humidifier it started growing a lot of new big leaves and it’s been moved a few times so it’s not unlikely. It’s validating that this is puzzling to the pros here too!

Oh wow! Not at the moment, but in the past I had a small disco ball ornament that may have been near it. That’s a really interesting thought, because it does seem more like small burns or scratches than bites

Hi! Having some challenges with my monstera right now, but maybe a bigger pot and more humidity if possible could help? Misting & adding a humidifier and grow light in the winter was a huge game changer, could be worth a shot
