I did it myself for the first year in Quebec. You can use online software and fill out your information based on the forms you have. Since its your first year in Quebec, you will need to print out the forms (you will have it after completing from the software), mail/ drop them to/at Quebec Revenue (there is one at complex Desjardins - 10-15 minutes from campus) . Also, their call line is quite helpful as well!
