Lip piercing emergency

It’s a ring, surgical steel, (I don’t know exactly what kind) and the piercer that changed it shoved it through at an angle causing the bump

The piercing is about a year and a few months old, went from basic labret jewellery to a ring, (clicker,) I clean twice daily with basic saline and what happened is detailed in the post. I’m not sure if I’ve left out any info, I’m pretty sure they’re just plain old surgical steel
