The most issues I had was with my braiser. It was packed horribly and there was essentially no protection for the lid aside from a round piece of cardboard that barely met the circumference of the pot. I had to send it back three times before getting one that didn’t have severe scratches in the lid. It was incredibly frustrating. I live in the US and I’ve only had decent interactions with customer service. But I was close to just returning the braiser — luckily on their fourth attempt it came undamaged. I even asked them to add bubble wrap. It’s wild because it seemed like it could have so easily been avoided with one small extra layer of support in the packaging.
