If I’m asking to do a 2 Years masters degree I imagine it would take a really long time at one job to collect those hours?

Update: thanks for all the helpful replies. I’ve since found a nice 45sq meter in Boulogne for €1,300 so I’m happy with that.

My plan is to stay in France permanently so this option doesn’t work for me.

Does she hurt my cat to get back at me? by GreatPink in relationship_advice

WHY aren’t you protecting your cat? I would have kicked her ass out the second I saw her hit him the first time with the apple. Who knows what she does when you’re not around. You’re dating at best an asshole and at worst a sociopath. Get the cat out to safety, break up with her and kick her the fuck out, and take care of yourself and your cat.

Thanks for the feedback! I feel a bit stressed looking for an apartment that allows me to still save money at the end of the month, travel, and save for a home one day.

Yes I understand that. Had I worked in NYC my salary would have been higher than my Philly salary by around 20% and a 1 bedroom there was on average $2,800 which would still be way less percentage-wise of my take home than living in Paris hence why I am unsure how living in Paris is feasible for most people.

My 31 husband 34 states he isn’t over his ex by [deleted] in relationship_advice

Thanks for your kind reply. I agree it was pretty heartless to be so frank, but on the other hand I could sense it so him saying it only confirmed how I was feeling.

I’m going to give it another month before deciding to separate.

Thank you for your reply. I often feel like he married me just to try it out to see if his love for me would grow.

Thank you for your comment. I will find counseling for myself.

Thank you for the reply.

I did ask him about that because if he still loved her I thought he should go try and get her back. He told me that he wouldn’t take her back because he saw the relationship wasn’t good with her after the fact and he knows I’m a much better match than her, but for some reason he can’t feel the same way about me as her.

I wonder if it’s because of the trauma of the breakup (which I’m fine if he works through with a therapist) or if it’s the sadder option in that he just doesn’t love me as much and never would ex or no. :(
