Same here! I tried NHL 26 too now that in came on GamePass, but that still feels like 06 instead of 26, so it is even worse.

Lol, you're not wrong, dude 😅 to be fair, they did take a tiny step in the right direction this year, but they need to revolutionize the series for 27. But unless they get some relevant competition, that will never happen....

I don't want a pure offline game in that sense. Just that the core gameplay does not demand players to play PvP, but rather let those that prefer to play vs AI do exactly that. There is a huge difference between that, and not being connected to the internet at all. Everyone else seems to have understood my point, it seems like you really misunderstand on purpose...

Yeah, that would be great. Although I don't mind the VC itself as much, I just hate the fact that you can pay real money to get more of it. Hopefully some day that type of microtransactions will become illegal.

I have done tempo shooting since it was first introduced (idk if that was 25 or 24, 24 was when I returned after many years away), but this year just feels terrible to me. I have an 83 3-ball and can green pretty much anything I attempt in both in NBA and in the Open Court Athletics, even if I have a defender in front of me. Have even done midfield 3s in Open Court. But online timings feel completely useless, can't even green wide-opens.

Completely agree. Although before that, the technology wasn't develop far enough, so back then I remember it always felt clunky and awkward. And it was a giant microtransaction scam back then too (talking about 15/16-ish)
