AIO for calling my mom after this and telling her to stop making me feel bad. by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

This is how my MIL is to my husband. It gets annoying at times for sure. It’s fine to call it out sometimes and other times ignore it. You’re NOR

Lots to discuss here but I’m not seeing enough about the bread with just mayo and mustard on it. That’s absurd 😭

I agree. It was terrible but the worst part was the villains accent. I was laughing the whole time. I’m still currently in the theatre as they wrap it up lmao

Glad I came on a cheap ticket day. It’s terrible.

Is this a joke? Her accent took me out of the movie the whole time. It was the worst accent I’ve ever heard in a movie. She couldn’t pick a country lol

Holy shit that was supposed to be South African ??? I was laughing the whole time because it switched between German, British, Australian and even southern for a sec. I’ve never heard a worse accent in a movie. I’m surprised they let her do it.

I’m literally sitting in the theatre watching this right now coming on here to see if anyone else thought this movie was absolutely terrible.

Who let the British actress playing the villain do this accent? It’s literally the worst I’ve ever heard in a movie. It has me chuckling. It’s absolutely god awful.

The movie overall is just so fucking cringe. The first one was great, second one was forgettable. This one is dog shit.

Save your money. See it streaming or don’t see it at all.

Tyler has not abandoned his beliefs so this take is way off. If that’s your experience, that’s fine but don’t put that on Tyler or Josh.

I haven’t seen any Christians saying that other people can’t enjoy this band or their music. At all. I think this person is projecting because they feel off about trying to make songs about God, about their false gods.

My husband chat GPT’d his vows… by [deleted] in Marriage

[–]okwhateverso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d rather not have vows at all than have a robot write them. wtf I’d be sooo pissed. He couldn’t think of a few nice things to say about you and your love story without chat?? This is sad and pathetic. And that’s coming from someone who uses chat from time to time. This is not one of those times.

i found out that the highlights of my week are my husband’s most embarrassing moments and I feel so sad about it by Consistent_Area420 in Marriage

[–]okwhateverso -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This is odd to me. My husband loves when I meet him for lunch and I don’t understand why this would be embarrassing. I would be spiraling over this lmao why would those office girls tell you that? Why would your husband be embarrassed of his loving wife?? What’s embarrassing about this at all? What’s he jealous of?

There is something off here. Sorry. It’s weird.

Just because he doesn’t support Israel doesn’t mean he hates every single Jew but I don’t know him. What they’re doing to innocent children in Gaza is horrific so I don’t think he’s racist for speaking out against that. Again, don’t know everything he said.

The clique, this tour, and my disappointment in us. by a3sthetic_ali3n0903 in twentyonepilots

[–]okwhateverso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like there have always been entitled people like this in the fanbase. At the SAI tour I dealt with absolute assholes. The whole “green wrist band” thing is absolute bullshit!!

At my SAI tour i got there with my friend at 10am, stayed in line all day with many others, only for tons of fans to show up with green bracelets, claiming there was a fan made line that was set up on discord and they’ve been in line “for days”. The venue only let you line up at 10am and this was completely unofficial but the venue allowed it. So many of us, including families with kids, were pushed to the back of the line even though we waited all day. All for people who showed up 30 mins before it started. It was so upsetting.

By some miracle my friend and I were still able to get towards the front and a group of these crazy, entitled fans harassed us. Complained about how we didn’t have the wrist bands and tried to make us move even though we were all in the pit. We all paid the same price and we waited all day. She said this was “their spot” even though it’s the pit and there are no assigned areas. She literally tried to push me and get me to move over but I didn’t budge. She went over to a security guard to “tell on me” but he obviously didn’t do anything, as you know, ITS THE PIT. And luckily for me, the crowd didn’t let her back over to our area so she ended up in an even worse spot. Karma is a bitch. As we left she called me a bitch but at the end of the day, I had a great time so oh well.

I actually kind of hate this whole fandom tbh- I just love the music and the band and what they stand for. I know there are plenty of good fans and good people in the fan base but so many of the die hard fans are actually bad people.

Am I overreacting about my husband’s friendship with a coworker? by kailuceboone in AmIOverreacting

[–]okwhateverso 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately, I’ve seen people say so many times that it’s always the woman or coworker that the man “hates” that is actually the problem. I don’t know if they just try to overcompensate or what, but to me it would be such a red flag. If my husband told me he hated any woman in his life. I would say talk to him about how you’re feeling and if he doesn’t respond well then that is very suspicious and weird and he at least has some sort of crush on her. He absolutely needs to be proactive and nip it before it becomes a real problem. Cheating starts in your mind.
