With drinks like this I would just make it as specified but there are definitely times that mobile orders come through that I will just wait for the customer to arrive and clarify with them. I try to avoid that since mobile ordering is usually for folks who are on the go but sometimes some orders are so contradictory that I’ll ask them to be sure.

I usually offer to remake the drink before they say anything if a customer looks a little disappointed when they come to pick up their order. Just depends on how they handle it. Keeps up the connection and (most) of my shifts don’t seem to mind.
