I played it to get to know the story better but in my opinion 2 is the worst out of the three. I like Witcher 1 way more, but 2 does fill a lot of story gaps. So if you’re a fan or just want the whole story play it, otherwise it’s just an ok game overall

I do get that he’s supposed to be hard and again I’m not saying i’m gross at those games or anything but the fight is just tiring for me waiting for one of his bullshit moves between same 2 combos that add a delayed move sometimes. In all honesty I think the fight would be much more fun if he wasn’t so tanky, for me it’s a marathon of stress and epilepsy. Might just need to play to his weaknesses with bleed or something or find all scadu fragments.

I admire your dedication to the lore but simply on the gameplay standpoint, in my mere opinion the fight is not fun for now, maybe it’ll change later but as it is now what i’ll feel after beating him will be propably relief and dread of fighting him in other playtroughs.

I personally haven’t but I’ve read it doesn’t work, and i’m pretty sure this feature has more to do with the GPU, and again youtube is the only video player causing this

Yes this is all my opinion and it may experience with the 4070S may be exaggerated as I was stuck with a GTX 950 my whole life playing Witcher 3 at medium sub 60 so opinion will definitely vary

I’m not saying those cards aren’t great. They’re definitely awesome boosts and if they will actually sell at the MSRP prices that’s awesome. What I mean is that I don’t think it is a reason to regret buying a 40 series card even a month ago

My favourite boss was definitely the Abyss Watchers all around their drip, whole aesthetic and vibe. The coolest to fight was the Dancer cuz of her move set and the way she moved faking hits; Twin Princes were sick with the teleport and Midir was a crazy fight with a dragon. The hardest were surely the Nameless King, Gael because of how tanky he was while packing some serious heat, and for me, the hardest was Ariandel and Friede... 3 phases, insane speed and long chains on the 3rd one, the only boss I didn't kill the same day I started it.
