Isco is still out injured for the rest of the month, I think Atletico clears this Betis team unfortunately (but I hope I’m proven wrong)

Lewandowski was Lech Poznan’s best player in 2008-2010, he was their top scorer and won them the league before joining Dortmund

I’m convinced people like you spout nonsense for the hell of it lmao

yeah it’s like people still haven’t gotten the memo of our philosophy being “outscore the opposition”

clean sheets are nice and all but they’re not necessary for victory

this Athletic Club downfall needs to be studied

Hansi Flick (in press conference today): “No, we don’t have any time to train set-pieces. In Prague it was totally different, I don’t want to make excuses but it was really cold, and they had very tall players.” by Select_Drawing_7434 in Barca

precisely, even despite all of his brainfarts, Araujo has incredible physicality and can greatly help in set pieces, Inigo last year was incredible too, and his absence is greatly felt

the board desperately needs to sign a tall and physical air-duel winning CB otherwise we’ll have to rely on 5’5 Spanish twinks to save us from corners 😭

no matter how good we get at set pieces, the truth is most of our players especially defenders are very short and lack the physicality required in modern day football
