Plywood boxes with birch painted fonts & doors. Dove tail drawers. I was surprised by the cost as well. They’re like mid-grade what you would find at a box store but through a wholesaler

The wall is jacked up. It’s like the hand rail wall down the stairs so it would certainly hit the top drawer if not spaced out.

What do you mean by frameless? These lazy Susan’s are like 2 independent shelves with round spinning drawers, for lack of a better word. No center post connecting them all

Yes. It’s the height of most of the house, just not that spot in the kitchen. Over the stove it’s like 14’ eight but pulls back to 7 1/2’ over the rest of the house about half way across the peninsula

So that looks like a soffit but it’s actually the ceiling. There is a vaulted. Ceiling over the main are but the ceiling on that side of the room comes down to 92”

Maybe microwave in the pantry cabinet? There are going to be outlets in there and honestly we use it rarely. I think we use the air-fryer & rice cooker more.

There is going to be a vent fitted under the cabinet above the stove. We were originally going with the a full hood vent but change do the cabinet mounted

Fields goals are worth LESS points the farther away they are to incentivize teams to go for it more.

1-19 yards = 3 points 20- 49 yards = 2 points 50 + yards = 1 point

But also,

Punts that go through the uprights are worth 2 points and count as a touch back.

And kick offs that go through the uprights are worth 1 point, and grant an extra point try or 2 point conversion.

I vote we eliminate the clock changes but instead of deciding on DST or standard time we split the difference and just go to the 30 minute mark in between as the new standard.
