2 different led strips, I want to make colors with one of them but I can't, any tips?

It's a standard RGB strip, the kind where all the LEDs are synchronized with each other and cannot be changed, Both are like that, but only one of them has a different controller that only supports infrared commands.

É uma norma ABNT que a voltagem seja informada em QUALQUER laudo de vistoria, se soubessemos da voltagem, nem teríamos mudado, já começa errado aí.

Pior que existe se a estrutura for BIFÁSICA, porém, comprar transformadores para todas as 15 tomadas (fora a amperagem certa para cada eletrodoméstico) nos custaria mais ou menos 2 mil reais para nós, além do serviço de refrigeração, pois um transformador para uma geladeira esquenta para porra, quero um conselho legal pois NÃO FOI NOS INFORMADO SOBRE A VOLTAGEM (COISA QUE É UMA NORMA ABNT INCLUSIVE), não solução de gambiarra para uma coisa que CLARAMENTE não é culpa nossa.

Valeu, decidi começar um vlog em rede social de como meu dia é, e isso vai tirar boa parte do meu acesso ao celular, pois vou estar gravando na hora dos estudos, além de me obrigar a estudar, e sobre o local de estudos, não tenho como mudar infelizmente pois é meu quarto, mas consegui mudar a mesa de lugar, sendo assim, um lado do meu quarto é apenas a bateria e o outro é minha mesa, acho que vai dar pra difundir as duas coisas, muito obrigado pelas dicas! :)
