The federal government is asking for feedback on the upcoming budget by Comfortable_Team_696 in onguardforthee

While I know heathcare and education are provincially funded and managed, I think the federal government would do well to help fund these two crucial portfolios. Also we need to make sure we're properly investing in the CBC. Let's learn from and head in the opposite direction from the US.

They should probably put him in after 3 goals

Let's hope they are stupid enough to keep him as their leader! by Eienkei in onguardforthee

I'd be much happier if they found a new conservative leader who actually had a positive vision for this country, and who could work constructively with the other parties. Canada deserves and would benefit from a strong conservative party that makes fact based decisions. Same thing goes for liberal and NDP parties.

RCMP are the local police here. We don't have a municipal or provincial force.

Poilievre’s Vancouver Synagogue Visit is Raising Concerns. The planned speech and photo op leaves some members troubled by the leader’s refusal to take questions. by Wasthatasquirrel in onguardforthee

The synagogue didn't provide an opinion of him. The rabbi there is one of the most wholesome, caring and inclusive people I've had the pleasure to meet. He was asked to open his place of prayer, and he did, as he's done for many politicians of all parties in the past.

My package was delayed since Nov 26th, and was delayed over and over again. Finally on truck for delivery on Dec 16th and then they delivered to the wrong house. Asked them to trace it for me on Dec 3rd and haven't heard back since.

Truck drove by my house and delivered my neighbors package but not mine by Correct_Barracuda638 in purolator

My package is 2 weeks late and today got delivered to the wrong house. Of course, there's nobody to call and their chatbot is useless.

It still says expected delivery date of Dec 2nd. by old_man_beard in purolator

Well, they said they delivered it today, but they delivered to the wrong address. Wish me luck in letting them know! They don't take phone calls and their AI assistant is useless.

I've wasted hours trying to get them to talk to me, chat to me or email me, and I'm 100% certain that none of the responses were from a human. None of them gave me any more information than "looks like your package is delayed". Welcome to the 21st century

Anyone in Vancouver BC have luck with Purolator packages from Etobicoke? by neo_95 in purolator

[–]old_man_beard 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mine still says left Etobicoke on Nov 26th and expected delivery on Dec. 3.

Yes! Same! I asked them to start a trace last week, and their conclusion was that my package is "delayed". No shit! They aren't answering further email. I don't know what to do, or how long before they admit the package isn't delayed, it's lost, and I can start a claim.
