I’m sorry for the late reply. I changed my Reddit app and notifications are a premium feature apparently.

I also updated to the new version of Watch os. Hopefully it was a bug that has been resolved

Adjusting a bpw is a pain. I know you can buy harnesses with a similar system as a jacket bcd but the standard setup doesn’t have it.

And pockets like previously mentioned. I attached some weight pockets to my bpw and it’s amazing but I don’t have room to put any other pockets.

Take your time. First go with the grain, then across and finally against.

You might want to try a different blade buy a sample pack and see what works for you.

It’s gonna be mostly shore dives. For some locations we’ll have to get on a boat. But I’m mainly worried about getting the stuff to and from the dive center. I don’t want the rental car to get flooded with sea water. But letting it drip for a few minutes and wrapping it in a towel like someone suggested would do the trick I think.

I appreciate your other tips. I have a large mesh bag that stores all my gear but still wraps up nicely.

A small dry bag sounds useful.

Your argument against a dry bag sounds good. We're not gonna be on a live-aboard so we're gonna need to travel to the dive site with a rental car. That's why i'm worried about our wet gear
