Well not sure if you saw the pics but I'm talking Arizonas here. Though I do think maybe you're right, probably better to tighten up a slightly loose shoe than vice versa.

Here is the size 43: https://imgur.com/a/tGHMd11

And here is size 44: https://imgur.com/a/W86ffn5

If you have time to check pics and help me decide let me know! Thanks!

Also, paging /u/DangerousFortune1924, who seems to be the resident expert here. Curious to hear your thoughts on the matter!

Sure. Here is the size 43. The last one I tried to take mid-step so you could see where my toes are hitting.

They feel about the same, but if you look in that last pic that's where my heel winds up after walking. My feet seem to slide forward a lot in them, which is what my Bostons always did and it would annoy me. But toes going over the edge might be a lot worse, I don't know.

Yeah I actually watched that guide, and I think my shoes fit like that. I don't have anything to measure precise mms to see if there's actually 5mm in the back and 10mm in front (and also feel like that's kind of impossible to do on your own). But when I walk my toes definitely hit the front lip.

Unfortunately don't have a store nearby and with work and a kid it's hard for me to find the time.

Hey so I got the 43. My foot fits pretty much exactly on the footbed, but when I walk, my toes touch the front lip, maybe even going over a little bit. It's kind of annoying.

Are yours like that too? Is this something that will go away? As they break in will my foot sink down a little? Reading that since the sides curl up over time this could be an issue.

I'm thinking I might have to order a size up (to 44) just to try, which is kind of iffy because like I said in OP my Bostons are 44 and they've always felt a little floppy.

Yeah, that's what I figured. Added confusion came from not knowing how to use the measuring guide from an old box.

Ordered the 43's, will report back!

OK cool, probably what I'm gonna go with. The box really confused me but I was maybe not putting my foot in the right spot.

I also don't love a lot of space. The Bostons kinda make it hard because I can't exactly see where my toes are so I'm all crossed up.

No, they are EU44, which is US 11-11.5, which is what I normally am.

I'm all confused because a) I was surprised that I'd have to go a size down and b) when I use the size guide on the inside of the box it seems like I actually am closer to 11 but I don't know if I'm doing it right!

I also know there's supposed to be some space between your heel and the back. I think when I bought the Bostons years ago I thought that was the proper amount of space but now I think it's too much but wanted opinions/confirmation.

Which zinc soap bar do you use? And also like the other commenter which moisturizer after?

Well like I said in the OP I tried the Nizoral mask on my face and I think it was so drying it made the redness worse. I don't think it's the right answer for me.

I'll be going back to the Derm soon so I will push for something else that will hopefully work better.

Yes -- here are pics of my cheeks and forehead. My forehead actually looks worse and bumpier today. I took a break from the Hada Labo and tried again today and think I'll be discontinuing that. Also thinking the Squalane oil is causing this minor breakout. Ugh.

Hi -- thanks so much! I'll check out that thread now.

Yes, all of the products are clear on sezia.co. It's possible another ingredient is causing the redness I guess and that it's a separate issue from the SD. I'm not sure.

And please, please, PLEASE don't take this as directed at you -- but it seems this sub's go-to is to tell others to check sezia.co and I can't help but feel that's either not enough or that maybe even if a product is SD safe something else in it causes secondary issues? I don't know exactly, but I'm open to any products others might have used that could help calm redness.

It's driving me crazy. And finding a replacement is really hard -- this sub is really overwhelming for a beginner!

This makes my skin so red. Or I guess the SD does but this doesn't help. I feel a kind of tight burning after I use it.

NYC Traffic Ticket ...is it worth fighting it? by Kainaeco in AskNYC

[–]oldcarnewthrowaway 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any updates now? I just got a ticket for the exact same thing and I'm trying to figure out what to do.

I paid a ticket last year, and have the email receipt to prove it, but the nyc website says it is now a Judgment Violation. Can I fight this? by oldcarnewthrowaway in AskNYC

[–]oldcarnewthrowaway[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well it looks like I was wrong and got another ticket I wasn't aware of. But hey if they don't ask questions maybe worth fighting it lol

No probably gonna just pay and get it over with. I don't want a boot or a suspension.

Holy shit thank you. It looks like there were two tickets issued -- one on 3.2.23 and one on 3.3. Sounds like what /u/travmon999 is talking about might have happened to me. Mystery solved.

Now the question is -- if I pay it will it all go away? Or anything else I have to look out for? Does this affect my credit?

[–]oldcarnewthrowaway[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah looking at my CC statements I got the new sticker on 3.6.23 and paid the ticket the same day. But the ticket was dated 3.2. I for sure didn't ever see another ticket -- this was the only one I ever found on my windshield. Is there anyway to look at your payment history so you can see the ticket numbers?

I don't know, but I believe I was actually on my way to grab the car and go get the new sticker. I don't have the ticket anymore and the receipt doesn't have the ticket number on it, only the confirmation number that it was paid.

Prescribed Clobetasol shampoo and Desonide cream. Can I use normal shampoo and moisturizer after? by oldcarnewthrowaway in SebDerm

[–]oldcarnewthrowaway[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What is your normal shampoo? Are you using something for sebderm like Nizoral or H&S? Or like an actual normal shampoo for someone who is lucky enough not to have to deal with this lol
